Abstract

Active and high-quality research is essential to improve our understanding of matters as well as for effective planning and providing better services. The zeal to encourage and support research reflects the intelligence and sincerity of a society towards its citizens and the world. Research is a barometer of academic dynamism and vitality of the society.
